Amys birthday

Breakfast :- Fat free natural yogurt, sweetened to taste with strawberries. I could be eating strawberries and cream cos it tastes that good. I love this for breakfast, its so tasty.

Hacked 'Poker' out round the village, mucked out 8 stables, all this goes towards my 'body magic'.

Morning snacks :- two bananas, two pears, strawberries and grapes. Good job i love fruit.

Lunch time:- Crab sticks (full packet) three pickled eggs and lots of carrots, all while i drove the lorry to the horse show.

Good day at the show, Amy came 2nd in the only class she jumped. Had a tray of blue berries while traveling home from show. 

Tea :- Roast beef, roast potatoes cut up but not peeled, sprayed with low fat spray and roasted until crispy. Roast parsnips and onions done the same way as the roast potatoes. Steamed whole green beans and carrots served with quark and vinegar.

another good day.

Breakfast:- Fat free natural yogurt, sweetener to taste, melon and kiwi.

Morning snacks:- Two apples, a punnet of strawberries, water and diet coke to drink.

Lunch Time:- Four egg mushroom omlette, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoe, spring onion, carrots. Two pickled eggs, fat free cottage cheese. Fat free strawberry yogurt.

Tea:- Steamed chicken breast with steamed broccoli and new potatoes served with quark and vinegar to taste. Fat free strawberry yogurt.

Bed time snack:- Hi-fibre bar on way to bed.
