Breakfast:- Fat free natural yogurt, sweetener to taste, melon and kiwi.
Morning snacks:- Two apples, a punnet of strawberries, water and diet coke to drink.
Lunch Time:- Four egg mushroom omlette, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoe, spring onion, carrots. Two pickled eggs, fat free cottage cheese. Fat free strawberry yogurt.
Tea:- Steamed chicken breast with steamed broccoli and new potatoes served with quark and vinegar to taste. Fat free strawberry yogurt.
Bed time snack:- Hi-fibre bar on way to bed.
